Overview
Frank Gehry is an architect known for the Walt Disney Concert Hall, 8 Spruce Street tower in NY, the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao and more. One of the most identifiable elements in his buildings is the use of stainless steel. He is considered designing post modern/deconstructivist buildings that stand out from the rest with their unusual curves next to sharp straight lines. These exhibition posters and logo explorations were responding to a brief.
Architect Logo
Process and Exploration:
Conveying Deconstructivism and taking inspiration from Gehry's buildings while paying close attention to the curves and straight lines come together. Bold and unexpected juxtapositions are something that is very dominant in his work and approach. Therefore the final logo appears to be somewhat 'surprising' with a contradiction of a typographic straight line and an angular curve come together.

Architect Cards
The architect cards are for Frank Gehry and can be sold or handed out in exhibitions. They don't hold much information like a standard business card for the same reason Gehry's buildings are unique and his name speaks for itself. The mirroring of the logo on each inverted side is a nod to the reflection of the stainless steel used dominantly for his buildings.
Anti Poster
What would an exhibition poster look like if it were to oppose Frank Gehry's style? Perhaps color and rectangulars.
This poster was done via Three.js and javascript. I mapped out on each 3D box the information and let them randomly blend into each other.
